Redline presents a strength and conditioning program dedicated to helping young athletes realize the power within. Athletes will grow physically and mentally through a process-oriented training style tailored to each individual’s needs. Training will focus on strength, power and explosiveness, speed and conditioning and overall body control. These key components will translate directly to each player's on-ice performance and their confidence in everyday life. If you can break down a barrier in the gym, you will ultimately grow in confidence in other aspects of life.
