Since then, Vincent and Cassandra have taken over Redline from its founders, Brandon and Steph Merli and continue the work that Brandon and Steph have started. Vincent finds joy in helping each athlete recognize their true potential through a holistic development approach. Growing up in the US and then playing in Canada, Vincent has been exposed to many development systems to help players maximize their potential through on and off ice development. "The key is consistency, mastery of foundational movements, becoming the best athlete possible, developing mind-muscle relationship, and most importantly, working on one's weaknesses rather than just one's strengths". Learn life through sport. Vincent also works as a player representative for an NHL Agency called Live Sports and Entertainment. Vincent can be found at the rink or spending time with his family and puppy, Cali.
